Canada pickups are $99 CAD + 13% HST (total $111.87 CAD). USA pickups are a flat $110 USD + 13% sales tax (total $124.30 USD). European tour stops are priced in EUR at checkout. One price covers 1–4 people for a full 60-minute ride. No hidden tiers, no upsells.

No. The base ride price is shown first and tax is added at checkout as its own line, so you see exactly what you're paying. Your Stripe receipt itemizes the breakdown too.

Being featured is not guaranteed. Whether a moment from your ride ends up on our channels depends on the energy of the night and a bit of luck. Some rides become highlights, some stay private, and that's part of the experience.

At least 24 hours ahead is best. For weekends and peak times, 48–72 hours ahead is ideal.

Online changes and cancellations are disabled. If you need to request a change or cancellation, email partnerships@thetripman.com. All sales are final and refunds are not available, except where required by law.

We pick up across the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill. The booking form shows every city we're servicing on your date, including tour stops in other cities. Not listed? Send us a message and we'll tell you if a tour is coming your way.

All major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets, processed securely by Stripe at the time of booking.

Pick an option on the Work with me page (or send a general request) with your idea, timing and budget. The team replies with availability, deliverables and a quote. Nothing is booked or charged until both sides agree.

Yes. Private parties, launches and brand activations are all possible, in Toronto, tour cities or elsewhere. Send the date and city and we'll quote it.

Store orders ship within Canada and the USA, usually within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves.
