Where we ship
Store orders ship from Toronto to addresses in Canada and the United States. The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout.
Processing & delivery
- Orders are usually packed and shipped within 5–10 business days.
- You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties or taxes for cross-border orders, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
- Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, or exchanged for a different size while stock lasts.
- To start a return, send us a message through the message box with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
